Retail
locations (the store) that sell pesticides and have employees who
provide pesticide selection and use advice to customers must be registered
as consultants. The pesticide products being offered for sale must
also be registered with OISC, but product registration is usually
the responsibility of the product manufacturer, not you as the retailer. |
