  Category 6 includes commercial applicators (for hire, not for hire and government employees) and businesses using weed killers for the maintenance of public and private roads, utility rights-of-way, pipelines, railway rights-of-way, parking lots, ditch banks, riprap, fence lines, restoration areas, substations & other similar areas.

It does not include pesticide applications to wetlands.
