Category
5 includes commercial applicators (for hire, not for hire, and
government employees) and businesses using pesticides (weed killers,
algae killers, unwanted & trash fish killers, etc.) purposefully
applied to standing water (such as ponds and lakes), running water
(such as creeks and streams), wetlands and related areas such as
riprap.
It does not include applications to water or wetlands for the
control of mosquitos (Category 8). |
