Category 3a
includes commercial applicators (for hire, not for hire, and government
employees) and businesses using pesticides (weed killers, insecticides,
fungicides, etc.) on ornamental plantings (trees, shrubs, flowers)
and related areas such as driveways, sidewalks, residential parking
areas, landscape beds and fence lines.
This category does not include pesticide applications to turf
areas such as lawns (Category 3b) or to landscape
plantings for the control of pests such as mosquitos (Category
7a or Category 8). |
