Category
12 (wood destroying pest inspection) includes inspectors and pest
inspection businesses that inspect and issue reports for termites,
wood infesting beetles, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and wood
decay fungus. These for hire inspections are usually performed as
part of a real estate transaction, and the inspection report is usually
issued on the NPMA-33 form. The Category 12 business and inspector
is NOT allowed to apply pesticides. |
