| The following
changes became effective July 1, 2002 (IC 15-3-3-6): |
| - Commercial fertilizer
tonnage will be reported semi-annually (July 1-December
31, report due January 31 and January 1-June 30, report due July
31). |

The tonnage fee increases by $.10 to $.45/ton |
| -
A minimum inspection fee of $10.00 is established for all reports
filed even for zero (0) tonnage. |
| -
Reports received after the 15 day grace period will be assessed a penalty
of $50.00 or 10% of the amount due, whichever is greater. |
